The rooms are decorated yet comfortable, with effective blackout curtains allowing for quality sleep. A nice balcony to enjoy the city vibe is a bonus.

Upon entering, the dim lighting in the foyer is confusing, and the reception is located on another floor-be prepared to navigate this. Rooms can be a bit tight for couples if you're hauling luggage, and the bathroom layout is cramped, with the toilet and shower on different levels from the sink. The breakfast options leave much to be desired, with limited fresh fruit and a tendency for items like muffins and donuts to run out quickly. Lastly, accessing your room via an app can be a hassle, requiring multiple steps just to open the door.

straightforward place to stay with magnificent location very close to metro and gorgeous food. perfectly clean rooms with balcony for hotel guests. public parking nearby provided. no charge for wake up service and ironing too. great way to end our trip.

The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, including great coffee shops and restaurants. The room was large enough and simple but nicely decorated. The staff were super friendly and available to help whenever needed. It seemed like being in an apartment, a nice touch.

The noise level from the busy avenue outside was a bit annoying, so bringing earplugs would be a good idea if you're a light sleeper.

Everything felt perfect from check-in, super easy thanks to the app for accessing the room. The location couldn't have been better-plenty of supermarkets nearby and only a short walk to the main attractions. My room was clean and spacious, with a huge terrace I used to relax in the evening. Staff were friendly and helped out whenever needed. The noise levels were a downside. Sounds from the hallway easily came through the walls, which affected privacy. The bed wasn't the most comfortable since it was like lying on the edge of a convex mattress at times. I also didn't appreciate that the cleaning service didn't meet expectations on the second day. Some items weren't replaced or cleaned well enough. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, mostly due to the location and staff support.

What a find! Super modern room with great water pressure in the shower. The terrace was a lovely spot to unwind, but a bit noisy at night due to traffic. I'd definitely choose this place again!

decent stay,, but not without flaws

The staff impressed me with their politeness and friendliness throughout my visit. I appreciated the convenience of being able to store my luggage on the last day, allowing me some extra time to explore. Securing a room with a garden view added a peaceful touch to my experience, perfect for morning reflections.

While the overall experience was good, the surrounding noise at times detracted from the stay.

Family with children friendly hostel

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the famous attractions. The staff were helpful, especially a señora who really made our early morning smoother, she helped with our luggage and gave us all the info we needed.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still quite acceptable.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, especially with my young child. We enjoyed walking to many attractions, including the lovely nearby playground. Raquel at reception offered great dining tips.

For dads, it would be great to have a mini refrigerator.
